This website is for all tennis coaches, across all tennis coaching specialisms. Whether you are looking for some extra work, or have a job you need Cover for, and whether you’re a Head Coach or at early stages in your tennis coaching career.

CoverCoachUK can be used to post any tennis coaching job whether it is short term or long term, individual or group sessions. So, maybe you just need some last-minute Cover for one evening group session, due to illness. Or perhaps you’re looking for someone to Cover your summer camps for a few weeks while you go on holiday, or even longer-term if you are taking maternity / paternity leave.

Follow the Post a job link and upload details of the job you are advertising. These details include dates, timings and location of job, description of job i.e. group size, age and ability. If the job you are posting is to cover your private coaching lessons, then it is helpful for you to provide some key points relating to the client’s technical strengths and current focus areas for improvement. This will enable your Cover to offer a tailored private lesson to your client, without wasting too much time getting to know them at the start of the session.

This is great news! You have the choice to choose whomever you feel is most qualified to Cover you.

It is the responsibility of the job applicant to send proof of their qualifications / certifications to the coach who is advertising the job, and the responsibility of the coach advertising the job to check and approve these qualifications / certifications before appointing their Cover.

This is a personal decision but it is professional and courteous of you to inform your clients that you are securing Cover for your tennis sessions. You may also wish to inform other colleagues at the Club where you work, if relevant. But, ultimately, this is up to you.

Once you have found suitable Cover for the job you have posted, you are responsible for paying your Cover, directly. So, how and when you pay your Cover needs to be agreed between you and your Cover.

It is free to post all tennis coaching jobs on CoverCoachUK. It is also free to view details of all available tennis coaching jobs for the first 3 months, from the date you log into your account. Thereafter, you will be able to see the headlines of each available job and given the option of three subscriptions to view all job details. Pay monthly (£12 per month), six-monthly (£30), annually (£50). When you think about it, this means you only need to work one hour a month (on average) to pay for your subscription!
